When brewing this single malt whiskey, the distiller deliberately used American oak barrels, mainly because American oak barrels give the whiskey the golden color of malt shining in the sun, as well as a full and mellow flavor. The result is a wine that shines golden in the sunshine and has a rich and charming flavor. It exudes rich and full caramel and fresh fruit aromas as well as fresh and sweet oak aromas.
