Variety: A luxurious blend of three-year and five-year-matured Uijuku plum wine. It is brewed with Uzuku plums as raw materials and then matured for three years in white oak barrels that have been used to store whiskey.

The taste is rich and multi-layered, subverting the stereotyped taste of plum wine. The elegant Italian bottle has a high value for gifting.
