This champagne is a sparkling light golden yellow liquid with lots of fine and elegant bubbles.

Aroma: The nose reveals initial aromas of ripe fresh fruits (white and yellow peaches, apricots), tropical notes (lychee and pineapple).

It opens with notes of vanilla, followed by notes of milky caramel, bread crumbs and yeast, ending with notes of dried fruits and honey.

Palate: An explosion of freshness in the mouth, followed by intense persistence. This intensity is continued with complex aromas of fresh fruit and caramel.
