Perrier-Jouët GrandBrut is refined, elegant and balanced. The striking freshness and lively roots of floral and fruity aromas (yellow fruit and fresh fruit) give way to subtle notes of vanilla and butter, giving the wine a fruity and consistent character. Aromas of cherry plum, lemon and bergamot orange appear first, then make way for fruit tree flowers such as lime and honeysuckle. This is followed by notes of butter, madeleines and vanilla sugar. Notes of grapefruit, white peach, green pear, apple tree and green hazelnut linger on the palate. Plenty of liveliness and energy balance in the mouth, developing into roundness and vinous elegance. A fresh and balanced Champagne with a long finish. Its flavor is best revealed between 7 and 9°.
