Champagne-Charles de Casanova was founded in 1811. The wine was favored by royal nobles and politicians, and was said to be particularly fond of England's Edward VII.

It was owned by LVMH until 1985 but has since been acquired by its current owners, Rhapnows, and is 100% family owned, now in its fifth generation.

As of 2011, it owns the second largest brand in France and the eighth largest brand in the world.

Shiny golden color, fine foam. Fruity aromas of floral, pear, peach and a touch of citrus, with hints of almond croissant and candied fruit, which mature to give a rich and complex aroma. Not only is it fresh, but it has depth that combines to create a delicious and balanced taste.
