Kyoto Distillery is the first gin distillery in Japan, and it is currently the only distillery in Kyoto that has obtained spirits certification.

"Ji no Mi" means "the beauty of the four seasons" and combines traditional Japanese aesthetics with gin craftsmanship. Whether it is distillation, blending or even bottling, everything is 100% made in Kyoto.

KI NO BI uses sake made from pure rice as the raw material for spirits. The elegant and mellow unique taste of Japanese sake gives KI NO BI an excellent mellow and mellow flavor.

The water quality of Kyoto Fushimi has been famous for its pure texture, soft texture, and sweet taste since ancient times.

"Shi" represents "power", and "Ji no Mei Shi" uses strong alcohol concentration to create a more refined and intense Kyoto flavor.

This wine uses the same 11 herbs and spices as "Jizhimei Kyoto Craft Gin" and is divided into 6 flavors and independently distilled! Paired with the new dark blue packaging, it brings a more powerful Kyoto-style gin to the bartending world.

The taste is a bit more powerful than the original Ji Zhimei, and it feels thicker and richer, but the overall taste still retains the classic elegant flavor, clean and smooth, and the flavors of 11 kinds of herbs and spices are perfectly balanced.
