The rare Spanish Amontillado sherry barrels are only covered with hops in the early and middle stages. The color and flavor of the wine are between Fino and Oloroso sherry barrels. It has a delicate and rich taste and mellow aroma that blends the two. It is unique. The roasted almond and hazelnut flavors are more distinctive, making this a very unique and extraordinary wine.

It is full of layers and has a strong fruity aroma, supplemented by dried figs, sweet and sour plum aromas, and embellished with fresh and elegant peony aromas; rich and sweet hazelnuts and almonds are included, accompanied by light toffee and oak flavors.

Taste

Maraschino cherries blend with the sweetness of baked apple pie, while coffee and cinnamon spices bring out the depth. Unique and soft sherry taste, rich in caramel aroma, gentle interweaving of nuts and pepper, and a long and beautiful finish.
