Product introduction:

Mannochmore Distillery was established in 1971. The nearby Millbuies Woods have a rich birdlife, including the great spotted woodpecker, which has become the winery's signature. The distillery uses process water from the Bardon Burn, which originates from the Mannoch Hills. Mannochmore single malt whiskey has a light, fruity aroma and a smooth, mellow taste.​

Surprisingly refreshing and direct. Mannochmore makes a great aperitif with its light grassy and herbal taste.​

Aroma: Sweet and slightly malty, then some green fruits and a hint of sulfur.​

Body: Light to medium, like a fine wine. ​

Palate: Fresh and clean, with good acidity and an overall balanced dryness.​

Finish: Surprisingly dry.
