Conclusion: The smell is sweet and fresh, a touch of fragrance adds a sense of elegance, a little bit of plastic but not in the way, and grass appears over time, simple but not monotonous. The wine is slightly thin-bodied, with a burnt aroma, obvious spices, and a spiciness at the end. Medium length finish with the same caramel and spiciness. The sweetness in the smell is a bit artificial, the taste is a bit monotonous, and the aftertaste is okay. Overall, it is drinkable. As for the Japanese flavor that Mizunara was supposed to bring, I guess that touch of aromatherapy has done its homework.
