This 31-year-old single malt whiskey has been carefully matured in bourbon casks for 29 years until it reaches the peak of maturation. It is then carefully transferred to Spanish Oak Matusalem sherry casks and seasoned for two years to be "finished", released only once in its best condition and considered a valuable legacy.

Floral aromas of summer flowers and fruits are complemented by notes of sweet almond and vanilla. Over time, acacia honey, freshly cut grass and a hint of mint emerge.

The flavor is also floral and delicate, with sweet notes of magnolia, cloves and buttery cookie dough. Bowmore's subtle smoke and salty seaweed shine through as time passes.
