The distillery's custom of bottling whiskey at its original cask strength since the early 20th century allows connoisseurs to gain an in-depth understanding of the distillery's characteristics. This whiskey is created by master blender Dr. Rachel Barrie and draws from Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks.

The natural cask strength provides the whiskey with a rich flavor and a hazelnut-like copper-gold color. The aroma is of mocha, apricot and toasted citrus chocolate cake, with notes of toasted almonds, walnuts and raisins, with a base of oak. A rich, spicy fruit cake paired with sultana grapes with aromas of sweet peach, black cherry and honey.
