Cloudy Bay's 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is rich and vibrant on the nose, with aromas of juicy tangerine and mascot lime, with subtle notes of white nectarine and passion fruit. The mouth-watering taste opens with notes of ripe, vibrant passion fruit and citrus. These blend with tropical notes of peach and guava, gently balanced with a hint of rock salt.
Pairs perfectly with almost any seafood. Our favorites at the winery include tempura oysters, locally caught sashimi, and steamed mussels with garlic, citrus, and parsley.
It’s also a great accompaniment to green salads and goat cheese. If it goes with lemon, go with Sauvignon Blanc.
