Brady-2012 Limited Edition Single Malt Whiskey

Product introduction:
This high-yielding, heavy-stemmed single malt was distilled in 2012 from barley grown on the Isle of Islay. A total of eight Islay farms have come together to harvest Port Charlotte's 2011 crop in a summer filled with summer flair.
Each of the farmers has worked with us before, Hunter Jackson, Ian Torrance, Ian MacKerrel, Raymond Fletcher, Mark French, who worked on the father and son team Donald and Andrew Jones,
Alistair Torrance, Raymond Stewart are working with us. Our community's commitment to Islay is evident here, with local barley raised, distilled, matured and bottled only on Islay.
Fragrance: Soft and sweet on the lips, with a thin honey flavor in the texture that glides across the palate. Right off the bat, there's more in the barrel here, vanilla, milk chocolate, cedar and black pepper.
Warm scones and honey from malt are wrapped in earthy smoke and soft apricot. Creamy, minty tablets deliver a sweet taste with the warm salty flavor of Islay.
Palate: Coconut and peat smoke, moderate iodine and notes of almond and geranium. The peat smoke fades away.
Finish: wonderfully balanced, displaying fruity body and the subtle influence of the barrel on the palate. Peat smoke gently weaves through the whiskey, highlighting the softer sweetness.
Fresh and balanced, this 2012 wine tells the story of the place where it belongs.
