The Dalmore 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Selection showcases the love between Scotland and Spain. Using casks from three historic cooperages in Jerez de la Frontera, The Dalmore has created a new single malt whiskey with twice the sherry influence of a traditional 12-year-old whisky.

Each barrel is seasoned with a special combination of aged Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez wines not seen anywhere else in the industry.

Aroma - caramelized orange, ginger and raisins, accented with honey

Taste - Dark chocolate and chopped almonds, sprinkled with cinnamon, sweet mango, panna cotta and lemon sponge cake
