Glenfiddich is one of three whiskey distilleries owned by William Grant, located relatively close to each other, just north of Dufftown, the spiritual heart of Speyside. Founded in 1886 by William Grant Balvenie, Glenfiddich is currently one of three distilleries brewing on site, but the distillery has a total distilling capacity of 13 million liters. In addition, Glenfiddich matures its single malt whiskey in its on-site warehouse, which can hold up to 800,000 casks. Malt was purchased, part of which was malted at the nearby Balvenie distillery.

When Sherry is made, it is originally covered with hops. The hops accidentally opened a gap and matured for the second time. This kind of Sherry is called Amontillado Sherry. This beautiful process is like being stolen by an angel. After taking a sip, Glenfiddich used only 5% of rare sherry barrels to make it, hence the name "Angel Sherry".

Aroma: In addition to retaining the fruity aroma of Glenfiddich, the Angel Sherry Cask brings soft woody, cinnamon and cardamom and other spice aromas, which are combined with the aroma of candied fruits and plums that evoke memories.
