For the first time, Chinese-born artist Yan Pei-Ming is experimenting with a whole new set of hues: cognac amber, orange, auburn and burgundy mixed together, echoing the many eaux-de-vie and tones found in Hennessy Cognac. The painter's signature rough and vigorous brushstrokes give people a sense of universality, compactness and boldness.
Hennessy XO
In 1870, Maurice Hennessy, the fourth generation member of the Hennessy family, invited Emile Fillioux, a descendant of Hennessy’s chief blender Yann Fillioux, to prepare a blend for his relatives and friends. This unique cognac is carefully crafted from eaux-de-vie that have been aged for many years. They called this original wine "XO", which means "Extra Old" (long aging), and a great legend was born. Hennessy XO has gained an international reputation and has made an outstanding contribution to the development of the XO category, which upholds unparalleled quality and is a model of excellence. Hennessy XO benefits from 150 years of meticulous winemaking skills. Just like the Hennessy XO wine that Morris first shared with his relatives and friends, it is still very inspiring today. The powerful and balanced structure of Hennessy XO brings a long aftertaste, and every drop seems to invite you to embark on a sensory journey of seven flavors.

"The Great Race" - contemporary painter Yan Peiming
Yan Pei-Ming, known for his portraits of animals and celebrities, commemorates the Year of the Rabbit with a large 6 x 3.5 meter painting, showing the rabbit in a large family and all the animals of the Chinese zodiac. The artist reveals: "This painting is very special. I wanted to show twelve animals because it is beautiful and generous to me, although it would be ten times easier to just paint a rabbit. The weight of the crowd is always so powerful "The painting is called 'The Great Race' for a reason. More movement makes the whole picture more dynamic. It just has a sense of mystery to it," he continued.
"The Great Race" is a vibrant piece of work depicting the twelve zodiac animals running in unison, evoking messages of freedom, tolerance and interconnectedness.
