This is a 21 year old single malt whiskey released in 2020! For this expression, Highland Park used whiskey drawn from three different types of casks,

Namely sherry seasoned first fill European oak casks, ex-bourbon casks and refill casks. A total of 55 casks were used to make it, and it's bottled at 46% ABV.

Aroma: toffee ice cream, characteristic heather smoke and a hint of baked earth.

Palate: Still smoky and tangy, now mixed with clementine, coriander and a hint of black pepper. A slow build of mature oak, too.

Finish: Earthy notes of black tea and vanilla pod, with a hint of licorice sweetness.
