Kavalan Classic Single Malt Whiskey
The distiller is made of copper, which can remove sulfides produced by fermentation. The heart of the wine is carefully selected during distillation to create a new wine with rich floral, fruity aroma and smooth taste.
The bartender selects a variety of oak barrels such as bourbon barrels, sherry barrels, heavy barrels, etc., and blends them in an excellent proportion. After being quenched in Taiwan's unique subtropical climate, it matures in a short time and presents a mellow and balanced flavor.
Pure water from the snow-capped mountains is used to create a smooth and thick wine. It is the first Kavalan single malt whiskey and a very classic entry-level wine.
It has an amber color and exudes the fresh floral fragrance of Phalaenopsis, with subtle aromas of honey, tropical mango, pear, vanilla and coconut.
The taste has the sweetness of mango and the rich and multi-layered spicy body baptized by oak. It's warm, creamy, smooth and citrusy.
Suitable for drinking with seafood. Mixing ratio: one part wine + five parts water + ice cubes
