Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is refined, elegant and balanced. Amazing freshness and liveliness of floral and fruity aromas (yellow fruit and fresh fruit) take hold, before hints of vanilla and butter emerge, giving the wine a fruity and consistent character. Aromas of cherry plum, lemon and bergamot orange appear first, followed by fruit tree flowers

(like lime and honeysuckle) to make room. Then butter, madeleines and vanilla sugar. Long finish of grapefruit, white peach, green pear, apple tree and green hazelnut. The palate is full and lively, gradually developing a round and elegant flavor.

A fresh, balanced Champagne with great age.
