Detailed description:

• Hand picked from our own vineyard in espalier, 10 kg per case. First time picking grapes in the field.

• Maceration for 5 days before fermentation at 5oC.

• Alcoholic fermentation in 5,000L vats and stainless steel tanks at 12.5°C.

Notes on CATA:

Color: Light green with gold glitter.

Nose: Aromas of citrus and white fruits, minerality and salty notes.

Palate: Sharp and fresh, with perfectly integrated acidity.

Alcohol content: 12.00%vol.
